If you love Cappuccino, why not love it more if it’s gluten free & low carb? This recipe is made for a cold winter day but you can drink it anytime you wish to!
Makes 1 cup
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. organic & Kosher freeze dried instant coffee
- 2 T. powdered organic cocoa powder
- 1 T. organic & gluten free coconut milk powder
- Microwave the water for 1 minute or until it’s just starting to boil. Or use your range top & do the same.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients until they’re dissolved.
- Serve with additional coconut milk powder (if desired)
