Easy Sweet & Sour Sauce
No need to go to a Chinese restaurant for this sauce, not when you can just as easily make it at home & adjust the ingredients the way that you like it!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 T. white vinegar
- 2 T. ketchup
Ingredients for the Cornstarch Slurry:
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions:
- Add the water to a saucepan & bring it to a boil.
- Then add the sugar, the vinegar, the white sugar & the ketchup. Stir well to combine & to melt the sugar.
- Then add the Cornstarch Slurry & turn the heat down to low. Mix well so that all of the ingredients are melded together & the sauce is not lumpy.
- Allow the sauce to thicken & enjoy!
- Can use it to dip in Crab Rangoon, Spring Rolls and/or Egg Rolls!
