Sticky Sweet Chicken Thighs
This recipe is an easy weeknight supper that delivers a lot of flavor without the effort! The marinade cooks down into a rich sauce that clings perfectly to every bite of juicy chicken!

Ingredients:
- 16 oz. chicken thighs, boneless & skinless, cut into bite-sized chunks
- Neutral oil, for cooking
Ingredients for the Marinade & Sauce:
- 1 T. dark soy sauce (or dark coconut aminos)
- 2 T. light soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 T. oyster sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 c. scallions, diced (optional garnish)
Directions:
- Place the cubed chicken thighs in a bowl. Then add the dark soy sauce, the light soy sauce, the oyster sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar & sesame oil. Mix thoroughly & marinate for at least 15 minutes. The longer it marinates the better the chicken soaks up the Marinade.
- Heat a large saucepan over medium heat with a bit of the oil. Add the chicken along with the Marinade & cook it while stirring occasionally. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked & the sauce has reduced into a sticky glaze that clings to the chicken.
- Remove from the heat, serve over a bed of rice & garnish with the scallions (optional).
- Savor every last bite!
