This is a wonderful salad dressing full of healthy fats that are great for salads or sauce for a casserole.
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise or avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup (reduced sugar, organic preferred)
- 2 T. spicy brown mustard
- 1 T. organic & vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped (or 1/2 T. organic dried parsley)
- 1 T. fresh chives, chopped (or 1/2 T. organic dried chives)
- 1 tsp. fresh dill, chopped (or 1/2 tsp. organic dried dill)
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Best if served with a Romaine, butter and/or any light lettuce mixed salad!
