Peanut Butter Edible Cookie Dough
There is nothing greater than taking a bite of cookie dough before it is cooked! This recipe is a great example of that!

Ingredients:
- 2 T. peanut butter
- 1 T. butter, softened
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1/2 – 1 T milk (add more or less depending on how thick you would like the cookie dough to be)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. heat-treated flour*
- Pinch of salt, or to taste
- 2 T. white chocolate chips
Directions:
- *Start by heat-treating the flour by baking it on a cookie sheet for 5-7 minutes at 350°F.
- Mix together the peanut butter, softened butter & brown sugar until they are well combined.
- Then stir in the milk & the vanilla.
- Next add the flour & the salt (to taste).
- Finally fold in the chocolate chips.
- Put the mixture into small jars. Then refrigerate or freeze.
- Can be eaten right out of the jars!
