No-Bake Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies
This recipe is one that you will want to make over & over again! If you have all of your ingredients together—then this is a 15 minute recipe—but the pleasure of this delectable treat lasts for hours!

Ingredients:
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 4 1/2 c. Cornflakes
Directions:
- In a large bowl measure & place the Cornflakes in it.
- Then put the first 3 ingredients into a saucepan & bring them to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat, then add the vanilla & peanut butter. Stir until all of the peanut butter is melted & the mixture is smooth.
- Then pour the liquid mixture over the Cornflakes & stir well with a rubber spatula. Make sure that everything is coated well.
- Drop by tablespoonful onto parchment paper & allow to cool.
- Can be stored in a container for up to two weeks.
