Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin
There is nothing like biting into a succulent piece of meat that is so tender that it cuts like butter! This recipe is a keeper & is worth the small effort to make it!

Ingredients:
- 2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper, or to taste
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt (to taste), pepper (to taste), garlic powder & paprika.
- Heat the oil in a large oven-safe skillet & sear the pork on all sides until lightly browned.
- In a small bowl mix the minced garlic cloves, honey, soy sauce & Dijon mustard. Mix until they are well combined & smooth.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork tenderloin
- Assemble by spooning some of the glaze over the top of the pork tenderloin.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven & roast for 20-25 minutes. Baste the pork tenderloin once about halfway through the cooking time with the honey garlic mixture.
- Cook until the pork tenderloin is tender & fully cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with the fresh parsley (optional) & serve warm!
