High Protein Chicken Parm Bowl
If you love Chicken Parmesan, but you want to lose weight, then this recipe is for you!

Makes 1 bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Rao’s marinara sauce
- 1/2-1 tsp. Italian seasoning, divided
- 1 c. frozen chicken nuggets
- 1/4 c. fat-free mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8-1/4 tsp. crush red pepper flakes, or to taste
Directions:
- In a prepared small baking pan add the cottage cheese, Rao’s marinara sauce & the Italian seasoning together.
- Add the frozen chicken nuggets to the baking dish.
- Then top it with the mozzarella cheese & the Parmesan cheese.
- Add some additional Italian seasoning to the top of it.
- Microwave it until everything is heated through & the cheese is melted. Should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Top with additional Parmesan cheese before eating, if desired.
- Can be eaten as soon as it comes out of the microwave!
