Red Kettle Cook

This is a great way to get your daily greens without eating wheat grass!

Green Juice Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch curly kale, roughly chopped
  • 1 large lemon, peeled and quartered
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled
  • 1 large cucumber, cut into long strips
  • 2 large granny smith apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 whole celery stalks


Directions:

  1. Wash and prep veggies.
  2. Juice in the order listed above.
  3. Strain through a sieve (Optional, if you don’t like the pulp)
  4. Drink immediately and enjoy!
