Easy Chicken Parmesan Dump
If you are searching for a quick meal then this recipe is for you! There are not a lot of ingredients & they are all cooked in one dish!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. penne or rigatoni pasta
- 1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
- Water or chicken broth
- 1 lb. chicken breasts or thighs, boneless & skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- 1-2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a prepared baking dish pour in the pasta & then pour the spaghetti sauce on top of it. Once the jar is empty fill it up about 3/4 full of water or chicken broth. Shake the jar to get the rest of the spaghetti sauce out of it. Pour the water or chicken broth on top of the pasta & spaghetti sauce.
- Add the chicken pieces on top of the pasta mixture. Then add the garlic powder, salt (to taste) & pepper (to taste). Next add the Italian seasoning.
- Stir everything together so that all of the pasta is covered in the spaghetti sauce & chicken mixture.
- Once it is stirred together, completely cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, to keep the moisture in it.
- Bake it for 30 minutes.
- After it has baked for 30 minutes, remove it from the oven & take the foil off of the pan. Then stir it again.
- Cover the pasta mixture with 1-2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the casserole.
- Next cover the mozzarella cheese with the Italian bread crumbs & top that with Parmesan cheese.
- Return it to the oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes & then it is done!
