Crispy Cottage Cheese Pizza Chips
If you are searching for a snack that is tasty & will fill you up then this recipe is ideal for you! It is low carb & keto so it is a great way to snack on something that will not add to your weight!

Makes about 24 chips
Ingredients:
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1 pkg. of mini pepperonis, optional topping
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder & salt (to taste) until well combined.
- Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet & flatten each one into small thin rounds. If using the mini pepperonis add them to the tops of each one of them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden & crispy. Then let them cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
- Can be warmed up to eat, or eaten cold!
