Canadian Bacon Wraps
It only takes three ingredients to make your mouth water for the next bite of these delectable treasures!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. of Canadian bacon, sliced thin
- 8 oz. of cream cheese, whipped or room temp block
- 8 dill pickles, quartered lengthwise
*Optional vegetables in place of the dill pickle: bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, celery
Instructions:
- Lay out the Canadian bacon onto a flat surface covered with plastic wrap.
- Spread cream cheese on each slice of Canadian bacon. Can spread it on in a thick or thin layer, your preference.
- Lay a quarter to a half of a dill pickle on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the Canadian bacon around the dill pickle & secure in the plastic wrap.
- Chill for at least 1 hr. then eat and/or serve.
- Will keep in the refrigerator for up to three days.
