Brownie Edible Cookie Dough
For those who like to eat the dough before it is cooked then this recipe is for you! It is packed full of chocolate, from the first bite, to the last one!

Ingredients:
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. sugar
- 1/2 – 1 T milk (add more or less depending on how thick you would like the cookie dough to be)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. heat-treated flour*
- 1 T. cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt, or to taste
- 2 T. chocolate chips
Directions:
- *Start by heat-treating the flour by baking it on a cookie sheet for 5-7 minutes at 350°F.
- Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar & the sugar until well combined. The sugars should not be too grainy when they are ready for the next step.
- Then stir in the milk & vanilla.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder & salt (to taste).
- Finally fold in the chocolate chips.
- Put the mixture into small jars. Then refrigerate or freeze.
- Can be eaten right out of the jars!
