Birthday Cake Edible Dough
Sometimes eating a birthday cake before it is cooked is more delicious than after it is cooked! This recipe will make you want to eat it right out of the fridge!

Ingredients:
- 2 T. butter, softened
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1/2 – 1 T milk (add more or less depending on how thick you would like the cookie dough to be)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. heat-treated flour*
- 3 drops pf almond extract
- Pinch of salt, or to taste
- 1 T. rainbow sprinkles
Directions:
- *Start by heat-treating the flour by baking it on a cookie sheet for 5-7 minutes at 350°F.
- Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar & the sugar until well combined. The sugars should not be too grainy when they are ready for the next step.
- Then stir in the milk, vanilla extract & almond extract.
- Add the flour & salt (to taste).
- Then fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
- Put the mixture into small jars. Then refrigerate or freeze.
- Can be eaten right out of the jars!
