Yields 8 servings
- 2 c. organic cabbage, shredded
- 1 – 16 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 med. apples, cored & diced
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- Sea salt & organic black pepper, to taste
- In a bowl combine all of the ingredients listed above.
- Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
