Whether you make this for a picnic or a potluck it’s going to taste great! Plus it only takes six ingredients to make it!

Apple Coleslaw a Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Yields 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. organic cabbage, shredded
  • 1 – 16 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 med. apples, cored & diced
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • Sea salt & organic black pepper, to taste


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients listed above.
  2. Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

 

Recipe Note: Serving size = 1/2 c. 15 Carbs & 1 g. Protein
