  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Chinese bbq seasoning
  • 6 T. low sodium soy sauce, or coconut aminos
  • 4 T. honey
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional topping)
  • 1/4 c. green onions, diced (optional topping)

Directions:

  1. Add the diced chicken to a dish, then add the sesame oil, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), white pepper (to taste), baking soda. Then mix well to coat all of the chicken.
  2. In a separate container, add the flour & the cornstarch. Whisk to combine & to prevent lumps.

  5. While the chicken is cooking, make the Honey Garlic Glaze. In a saucepan on medium heat, add the sesame oil & the diced garlic. Stir to coat the garlic with the sesame oil.
  6. Then add the Chinese bbq seasoning, low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos) & honey.
  7. Once the sauce thickens, then add the cooked noodles & the cooked chicken. Stir everything together so that everything is well coated in the Glaze.
  8. Store for up to 5 days in the fridge.
  9. To reheat add the contents to a microwave-safe bowl & microwave covered with a damp paper towel for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  10. Mix well & enjoy!
