Copycat Creamy White Chicken Chili
This is such a good meal and you can change it so many ways to fit your family! You will love this especially in the winter season! Make sure to save this one and try it out!

Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp. pepper, or to taste
- 1 onion, diced
- 32 oz. chicken broth, or chicken stock
- 2-4 oz. cans of green chilies, one hot & one medium
- 2-15 oz. cans of northern beans, drained
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. of half & half
- Shredded cheddar, sour cream and/or tortilla strips (optional toppings)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Except for the cream cheese, or the half & half.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done cooking, take out the chicken & shred it. Then add it back to the crockpot.
- Next add the cream cheese, then the half & half.
- Cook on high for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve in bowls, then add the additional toppings & savor the flavors!
