Buffalo Wing Sauce
Nothing compares to this recipe! It goes perfect with chicken wings! Or you could use it on ribs, or in a pan of black beans! This recipe never goes out of style!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. cayenne pepper hot sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot), or to taste
- 1/4 c. cold butter, cut up
- 1 T. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Directions:
- Whisk together in a small saucepan over medium heat the cayenne pepper hot sauce (to taste), the cut up cold butter, the white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, the cayenne pepper (to taste) & the garlic powder.
- Bring to a simmer while whisking constantly, until the butter is melted & the sauce is smooth. Should take about 3 minutes.
- Store it after it is chilled in a covered container for up to 1 week!
