Copycat Taco Bell 7 Layer Burrito
The popular restaurant does not make these anymore as they have been discontinued! So you can have a little nostalgia in your own home! They taste better, when you can use your own ingredients & make it the way you like to eat it!

Makes 1 Burrito
Ingredients:
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 T. of Spanish rice, cooked
- 1 T. of refried beans
- 1 T. of guacamole
- 1 tsp. sour cream
- 1 T. lettuce, sliced
- 1 T. cheddar, mozzarella & Monterey Jack cheese blend, shredded
- 1 T. diced cherry tomatoes
Directions:
- Warn up the flour tortilla so that it is pliable.
- Then add the Spanish rice.
- Add a little water to the refried beans so that they are not so thick & add them on top of the Spanish rice.
- Next add the guacamole & top it with the sour cream.
- Then add the lettuce, the shredded cheese blend & finally the diced tomatoes.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla towards the center. Then fold over one end of the tortilla & press down gently. This mixes the ingredients, so you do not get one big bite, of one of the ingredients that you added to the tortilla.
- Next roll the bottom edge of the tortilla up towards you, to tighten the roll & tuck in the flaps that stick out on the sides. Then keep rolling forward until the burrito is fully sealed.
- Then slice it in half before you bite into the delicious burrito!
