Homemade Velveeta Cheese
Why buy it in the store when you can make it at home?! It only takes four ingredients to make this recipe! It is perfect, when melted with salsa, to dip tortilla chips into!

Ingredients:
- 1/3 c. dry milk powder (powdered milk)
- 1 pack of unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 4 c. mild cheddar cheese, hand shredded
Directions:
- Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap.
- Add the dry milk powder, the unflavored gelatin & the boiling water to a blender or a food processor. Then pulse it up to mix it all up.
- Add the hand shredded cheddar cheese. Then blend everything together until it is smooth.
- When it is all nice & smooth pour it into the loaf pan.
- The refrigerate to let it set up for 2-3 hours before using.
- Then you can slice it & eat it. Or slice it, melt it in the microwave, with some salsa & dip some tortilla chips in it!
