High Protein Peanut Butter Cookies
These make the best cookies that you will ever make! They are soft, chewy & packed full of flavor!

Ingredients:
- 1 c. natural peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. protein powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder (optional but it improves softness)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 340°F.
- Combine the peanut butter & egg until creamy.
- Stir in the honey, protein powder & baking powder (optional).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form small round cookies with the peanut butter mixture & place them on the baking sheet.
- Flatten them with a fork, turning it sideways, to give it a textured pattern.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Cool before transferring to a cooling rack.
