Cashew Queso

Red Kettle Cook

This creamy cashew queso dip is smooth, rich, and perfectly comforting, with a velvety texture that rivals traditional cheese sauces!

Cashew Queso is a Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. of raw cashews
  • 1/8 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 T. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 T. lemon Juice
  • 1/3 c. jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped (optional topping)

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour in a bowl & sprinkle with cilantro (optional).
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.

 

Tip: For a lower calorie version us 1/2 c. cashews and 1/2 c. white beans.
