Ingredients:
- 3 bone-in pork chops, roughly 18 oz. total
- 1 T. Pork Rub, or Pork Seasoning
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. avocado oil
Directions:
- Brush both sides of the pork chops with the avocado oil.
- Combine all pork spices & the brown sugar in a small bowl. This will make a flavorful rub for the pork chops.
- Season both sides of each chop generously. Allow the chops to rest for an hour in the refrigerator to build a better flavorful crust.
- Cook in the air fryer at 380°F for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time.
- Using a meat thermometer, check that the internal temperature of the meat is 145°F, which is the perfect temperature.
- Store cooled pork chop leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Or freeze the cooked pork chops in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
- The best way to reheat the pork chops, is in the air fryer at 350°F until warmed through, to maintain the texture.
