Bang Bang Chicken Fingers
Spice up your life with this zesty recipe! Eat them as appetizers, but they are so good, that you may want to eat them as a main meal!

Ingredients:
- 6 chicken tenders, boneless & skinless
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. all purpose flour (or almond flour or panko breadcrumbs)
- 1 3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes (optional topping)
- 10 sprays of cooking oil
Bang Bang Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/3 c. Greek yogurt
- 1/8 c. sweet chili sauce, plus extra per chicken tender
- 1 tsp. Siracha, or to taste
- 1/8 c. honey
Directions:
- Season the chicken tenders with salt (to taste), pepper (to taste), garlic powder & onion powder.
- In one bowl add the egg & whisk it. In another bowl add the flour (or almond flour or panko breadcrumbs). In the third bowl add the crushed corn flakes.
- Dip each chicken tender until coated in the flour, then in the egg & finally in the corn flakes.
- Add the coated chicken tenders to an air fryer & spray each one with the oil.
- Air fry at 200°F for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bwl add the Bang Bang Sauce ingredients & mix well with a spoon.
- Smear on the extra sweet chili sauce on each tender when they come out of the air fryer. Add the parsley flakes (optional topping).
- Dip them in the Bang Bang Sauce to eat!
