Bang Bang Chicken Fingers

Spice up your life with this zesty recipe! Eat them as appetizers, but they are so good, that you may want to eat them as a main meal!

Bang Bang Chicken Fingers is a Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken tenders, boneless & skinless
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. all purpose flour (or almond flour or panko breadcrumbs)
  • 1 3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes (optional topping)
  • 10 sprays of cooking oil

 

Bang Bang Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/3 c. Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 c. sweet chili sauce, plus extra per chicken tender
  • 1 tsp. Siracha, or to taste
  • 1/8 c. honey

 

Directions:

  1. Season the chicken tenders with salt (to taste), pepper (to taste), garlic powder & onion powder.
  2. In one bowl add the egg & whisk it. In another bowl add the flour (or almond flour or panko breadcrumbs). In the third bowl add the crushed corn flakes.
  3. Dip each chicken tender until coated in the flour, then in the egg & finally in the corn flakes.
  4. Add the coated chicken tenders to an air fryer & spray each one with the oil.
  5. Air fry at 200°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small bwl add the Bang Bang Sauce ingredients & mix well with a spoon.
  7. Smear on the extra sweet chili sauce on each tender when they come out of the air fryer. Add the parsley flakes (optional topping).
  8. Dip them in the Bang Bang Sauce to eat!
