High Protein Cookie Dough
If you are looking for a guilt-free dessert then you have come to the right place! This recipe is high in protein, low carb & keto friendly! It is also gluten free! Not to mention that the flavor is delightful & you can eat it raw!
Ingredients:
- 1 c. Greek yogurt
- 1 c. almond flour
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 2 T. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt, or to taste
- 1-2 T. dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix the yogurt, almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla & salt (to taste) together until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Chill for at least 10 minutes. The longer it is chilled, the firmer it will get.
- Eat it right out of the bowl, no baking required!
