Ginger Sesame Soy Sauce
This recipe is one that you will want to use over & over again! It is simple enough to make & does not take many ingredients!

Ingredients:
- 1 T. oil
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 T. ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 T. soy sauce, or coconut aminos
- 1 T. rice vinegar
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. fresh green kiwi, puréed
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a dish & stir well to combine. Reserve some of the Sauce so that it can be used as a dipping sauce when it is time to eat.
- Tastes great with chicken! Just marinade the chicken in the Sauce, stirring well so that all of the chicken is coated with the Sauce & remove from the Marinade before cooking.
- Add enough oil to cover the chicken to a wok or a large skillet. Cook the chicken until it is cooked through, turning it over halfway through the cooking process. Make sure that the chicken is cooked through before removing it from the wok or skillet.
- Let the chicken drain on a rack or paper towels, before eating & enjoy with some of the reserved Sauce!
