Biscuits & Sausage Gravy
This recipe is great for any time of the day! It will give you a full feeling no matter when you eat it! It is one of those comfort food recipes that is timeless!

Ingredients:
- 1 package of Grands Southern Style Biscuits
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage (such as Bob Evans)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4-6 c. milk
- 1 T. fresh cracked black pepper, or to taste
Directions:
- Cook the Grands Southern Style Biscuits according to the package’s instructions.
- In a large saucepan cook the breakfast sausage until it is crispy & browned. Breaking it up as it cooks.
- Once the sausage is ready add the flour, stir it together until it is well combined & cook it until it is cooked off. About a minute or two.
- Next add the milk, just enough to cover the sausage. Then stir everything together. If more milk is needed then add it. It should be a thick gravy & not a thin one.
- Add the black pepper, to taste.
- The sausage gravy is done. when a spoon is run through the pan & the sausage gravy does not connect back together.
- Keep it on low heat, or turn off the heat, while waiting to assemble the meal.
- Once the biscuits are finished, add one or two to a plate, and/or a bowl. Then either cut the biscuits in half or break them up into pieces.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the biscuits & eat immediately. Enjoy!
