Breakfast Uncrustables
If you searching for a quick breakfast meal without the fuss then look no further! These are packed with protein & are super easy to make/eat!

Ingredients:
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands!)
- 8 precooked sausage patties
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 4 slices of American cheddar cheese, sliced in half
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Split each biscuit into two thin biscuit halves. Place a sausage patty on one half of each biscuit, then top with some of the scrambled eggs & one slice of the American cheese.
- Place the remaining biscuit half on top & press the edges together to seal the biscuit.
- Place them on the prepared baking sheet & bake until golden brown. About 10 to 12 minutes.
Tip: Can make them with grape jelly, instead of the eggs & American cheese. Or serve them with cream gravy over the top of them!
