Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
If you are looking for a sweet treat, but are watching your sugar intake, then you need to try this recipe! There are only five ingredients & no chemicals in it!

Ingredients:
- 1 c. natural peanut butter
- 1/2 c. maple syrup or honey
- 1 c. almond flour
- 4 oz. dark chocolate chips
- 2 T. coconut oil (refined if you don’t want any coconut flavor)
Directions:
- Line a small cookie sheet or 10×10 pan with parchment paper.
- Put peanut butter in a bowl & microwave about a minute to soften.
- Add maple syrup & almond flour. Then stir until a soft dough forms.
- Put dough in pan & use hands to flatten out to fit the pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, take dough out of freezer. Put the dark chocolate chips in a bowl with the coconut oil.
- Microwave in 20 second increments until the chocolate is melted & smooth. Spread chocolate over the dough evenly & freeze for 10 minutes.
- Cut into bars. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
