I love to cook … most of the time. I have always cooked from scratch as I find it healthier, but some gourmet recipes are anything but healthy.
Then there’s this book.
For the first time in a long while, I am finally inspired enough to cook gourmet recipes because these are actually good for you! The recipes are not overly complicated and yet some ingredients may be a bit tricky to find. It has a good range of recipes that include those that are easy to make, but it also includes some that are a bit fancy.
