- 1 bottle of Olive Garden Italian Dressing
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1-8 oz. block of cream cheese, cut into cubes, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. black pepper, or to taste
- 8 oz. of pasta (such as spaghetti or penne), cooked & drained
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped (optional topping)
Directions:
- Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of the crockpot.
- Then pour in the entire bottle of the Olive Garden Italian Dressing.
- Next add the Parmesan cheese.
- Add the cream cheese, making sure that it is at room temperature, as it will melt quicker.
- Then add the black pepper, to taste.
- Put the lid on the crockpot, then cook it on low for 5 to 6 hours, or cook it on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once it is done cooking, then shred up the chicken, with a couple of forks or a chicken shredder.
- Add the chicken back into the crockpot & stir until everything is well combined. Let it simmer so that it thickens a bit.
- Then add the pasta, that has been drained. to the chicken mixture. Stir everything together again until everything is well combined. Cook it just long enough until it is warmed through!
