Blueberry Whip

Red Kettle Cook

Whether or not you exercise, this recipe tastes great after a hot day in the gym, or outside under the hot sun!
Blueberry Whip Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white
  • 6 oz. evaporated skimmed milk (can substitute half & half or just regular milk)
  • 1 tsp. Monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 oz. frozen organic blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp. organic pure vanilla extract

 

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix them all until they’re smooth.
  3. Best if you drink it while it’s fresh or chilled.
