Blueberry Whip
Whether or not you exercise, this recipe tastes great after a hot day in the gym, or outside under the hot sun!

Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 egg white
 - 6 oz. evaporated skimmed milk (can substitute half & half or just regular milk)
 - 1 tsp. Monk fruit sweetener
 - 2 oz. frozen organic blueberries
 - 1/2 tsp. organic pure vanilla extract
 
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
 - Mix them all until they’re smooth.
 - Best if you drink it while it’s fresh or chilled.
