Homemade Lemon Herb Chicken Marinade
If you are in the mood for lemons & chicken then this recipe is for you! It is high protein & simple to make!

Ingredients:
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. lemon zest
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
- In a bowl whisk together all of the ingredients together. Then transfer to a plastic bag, or a container when you are ready to marinate the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Or overnight for the best flavor!
- Then it can be grilled, baked, or pan-fried!
