Homemade Lemon Herb Chicken Marinade

If you are in the mood for lemons & chicken then this recipe is for you! It is high protein & simple to make!

Homemade Lemon Herb Chicken Marinade is a Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Ingredients:

  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. lemon zest
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped

 

Directions:

  1. In a bowl whisk together all of the ingredients together. Then transfer to a plastic bag, or a container when you are ready to marinate the chicken.
  2. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Or overnight for the best flavor!
  3. Then it can be grilled, baked, or pan-fried!
