Cheesy Polish Sausage-Potato Crockpot Casserole
This super easy meal, is as inexpensive as it is tasty, and will feed your entire family! Make clean-up a breeze by using a crockpot liner!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. polish sausage, cut into small chunks
- 1 bag frozen hash browns (or 5 medium organic potatoes, if you would rather use fresh)
- 1 organic small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of organic milk
- Organic salt, pepper & onion powder—to taste
- 1 can of organic cream of chicken soup
Directions:
- Add polish sausage, potatoes, onions & 1 cup of cheese to a greased slow cooker (or use a crockpot liner for easier clean up).
- Mix soup, milk & sour cream together.
- Next add salt, pepper & onion powder—to taste.
- Pour mixture into crockpot and mix together.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Now the Soup is ready to eat!
