Shrimp & Beef Dumplings
This recipe takes away the time consuming process of having to fold dumplings, making it a must-try recipe if you are tight on time!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 4 green onions, chopped & divided
- 1 tsp. ginger, grated
- 1/2 T. garlic, minced
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1/2 T. sesame oil
- 1/2 T. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. brown Splenda
- 1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp. white pepper, or to taste
- 1/4 c. chicken broth, or chicken stock
- 7-8 sheets of wonton wrappers
Ingredients for the Sesame Oil Soy Sauce:
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- Pinch of chili flakes, or to taste
Directions:
- In a bowl combine the ground beef, shrimp, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, brown Splenda, salt (to taste), white pepper (to taste) & mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
- In a skillet (or a wok) on medium-high heat, sprayed with cooking oil, place about 1 T. of the meat mixture in the pan. Continue making these small mounds of meat mixture until all of it is gone. Leave ample space around them so that they are not crowded.
- Wet the wonton wrapper with water & place it on top of the meat mixture. Add about 1/4 c. of the chicken stock (or chicken broth) then spoon it over the wontons & cover the skillet (or wok) with a lid.
- Steam until the mixture is cooked through, around 10-12 minutes, or until all of the liquid in the pan has evaporated.
- Garnish with more chopped green onions, the Sesame Oil Soy Sauce mixture & enjoy!
