Pizza Logs
If you are looking for a late night snack, or an after school snack for your kids, you have come to the right place! These Pizza Logs are an excellent snack & they will fill you up until it is time for your next meal! They are easy to make & they will not dirty all of the dishes!
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers (or rice paper wrappers for a gluten free option)
- 1 pkg. of pepperoni
- Mozzarella string cheese
- Olive oil
- 3-4 T. butter, softened
- 2-3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T. dried parsley
- 1 T. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
- Preheat air fryer to 400° F.
- Put one egg roll wrapper (or rice paper wrapper) on a plate. Then add six slices of pepperoni & one string cheese.
- Roll the egg roll wrapper about halfway around the string cheese & pepperoni. Then tuck the two sides in. Then continue wrapping the egg roll wrapper around the pepperoni & string cheese tightly.
- Add a touch of water to the corner of the egg roll wrapper to seal it up, then continue wrapping to the end of the egg roll.
- Place the Pizza Logs in an air fryer & brush each one with olive oil. Cook for 8 minutes, turning them over halfway through. They should be brown & crispy when they are finished.
- Mix the butter, garlic & parsley in a bowl. Brush it on the Pizza Logs after they come out of the air fryer, while they are still hot. Top them off with some grated parmesan cheese.
