Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders
Need a game day snack? We have you covered! This recipe is perfect for finger food that is tasty & will not add extra pounds to your muffin top! It only takes a few ingredients to make & it will fill you up quickly!
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
Optional dips:
- Ranch dressing
- Honey mustard
- Ketchup
- Grandpa’s Pasta Sauce
- Hot sauce
- Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Combine the mayonnaise, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, garlic & salt in a medium sized bowl. Add the chicken & stir to coat.
- Put the chicken on a parchment lined baking sheet, then sprinkle on top of it the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese afterwards. If you choose to do this, watch the chicken closely, so it does not burn.
