Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. shaved steak
  • 1 tsp. steak seasoning
  • 3 triangles of Laughing Cow Cheese
  • 1 jar of Alfredo sauce or 16 oz. of Homemade Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 box of fusilli pasta
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper, or to taste
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese or provolone cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray. Add the onions & green bell peppers to the skillet. On medium heat cook the onions & green bell peppers until they are soft but not squishy.
  2. Add the sirloin steaks to the skillet & cook until they are cooked until almost done.
  3. Then add the Laughing Cow Cheese wedges to the skillet. Stir to combine until the cheese is melted.
  4. Add the Alfredo sauce to the skillet. Mix well to combine all ingredients together.
  5. In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, only until it is al dente.
  6. Pour in the hot water to the skillet.
  7. Then add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder & black pepper (to taste) to the skillet with the meat mixture.
  8. Pour the drained al dente pasta into the skillet. Stir well to mix all ingredients together.
  9. Top it with the Parmesan cheese, then the shredded mozzarella cheese, or the shredded provolone cheese.
  10. Cover the skillet to let the cheese melt.
  11. It is ready once the cheese is melted. Then delight in the flavors of this dish!
