Low Carb Olive Garden Chicken Pasta
If you have a taste for a popular restaurants’ pasta, but want lesser carbs, then this recipe is a keeper for you!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 1 bottle of Olive Garden Italian dressing
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 T. Ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, plus extra as a topping
- 1 lb. of Ziti pasta
Directions:
- Put the chicken breasts in a crockpot.
- Pour in the Olive Garden Italian dressing.
- Put the cream cheese on top of the chicken & Olive Garden Italian dressing.
- Add the black pepper, to taste
- Sprinkle in the Parmesan Cheese.
- Cook on high for 4 hours with the lid on the crockpot or cook it on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once it is cooked, shred the chicken, while it is in the crockpot.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, until it is al dente & then add it to the crockpot.
- Top with additional Parmesan cheese (if desired) & enjoy!
