  • 1 c. crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 low calorie slider buns
  • 8 slices of dill pickles

Ingredients for the Hot Honey Glaze:

  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 T. hot sauce (more for spicier)
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (to taste)

Ingredients for the High Protein Ranch Dip:

  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese, blended smooth
  • 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
  •  tsp. ranch seasoning mix
  • 2-3 T. water (to thin out the consistency)

Directions:

  1. Season the boneless & skinless chicken breast filets with: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt (to taste) & pepper (to taste) until every square inch is covered.
  2. Dip the seasoned chicken into the flour to coat it evenly.
  3. Then dip the chicken into the egg.
  4. Next dip the chicken into the cornflakes or the panko breadcrumbs until they are fully coated.
  5. Spray the chicken with the olive oil spray on all sides.
  6. Cook the chicken in an air fryer set on 390°F for 15 minutes.
  7. While the chicken is cooking mix up the High Protein Ranch Dip by adding all ingredients to a bowl. Stir until all ingredients are nice & smooth.
  8. In a pan set on medium heat add the honey, hot sauce & red pepper flakes (to taste) then stir them together. Let them cook until they are reduced in half & thick.
  9. Once the chicken is finished cooking it should have an internal temperature of 165°F.
  10. While the chicken is hot brush on the Hot Honey Sauce.
  11. Toast the low calorie slider buns. Add a touch of the High Protein Ranch Dip to one side of a slider bun. Then add two dill pickle slices. Next put a chicken filet on top of the dill pickle slices & top everything off with the top of the low cal slider bun.
  12. Dip the High Protein Honey Chicken Slider in the High Protein Ranch Dip to eat them & enjoy the flavors!
