Creamy Protein Queso
The more protein you can feed your body the better your health will be! This appetizer dip is packed full of protein & tastes great! Make it for your next game day, or make it for a party, or just make it to enjoy it! It is a delicious dip that is good for you & your body!
Ingredients:
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 T. taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Rotel tomatoes
- 2 T. heavy cream, optional
Directions:
- Blend cottage cheese & taco seasoning in a blender until smooth. Then transfer it to a bowl.
- Stir in shredded cheddar, Rotel & the heavy cream (optional).
- Microwave on high for 90-120 minutes, stirring it halfway through.
- Serve warm with keto dippers, tortilla chips or your favorite chip to dip. Enjoy!
