Buffalo Chicken Nuggets
Trying to eat healthier but love your chicken nuggets? Here is an easy chicken nugget recipe that has a little zing and is as easy to make as it is delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 large can of chicken (or about 2 cups shredded chicken)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (use your favorite)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 T. of hot sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Drain & Rinse a large can of chicken. Mix together all ingredients until combined.
- Form into nugget shapes and place in an air fryer on 400° degrees for 10-12 minutes. You can also put in a 400° degree oven if you don’t have a food processor for 10-12 minutes.
- Dip in your favorite sauce for serving.
*Note: You can use a cookie scoop to form nuggets if you don’t want to use your hands!
