Chicken & Biscuit Bake
It only takes five minutes to put this recipe together! It is the ultimate comfort food recipe! It is warm, creamy & packed with flavor!

Ingredients:
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 packet of Ranch Seasoning mix or 2 T. Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 2-10.5 oz. cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1-8 oz. container of sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1-16 oz. can of refrigerated biscuits, quartered
- 3 T. butter, melted
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- 1 c. frozen peas & carrots, optional
Directions:
- Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Add the chicken to the bottom of the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the Ranch Seasoning mix over the top of the chicken.
- Next add the frozen peas & carrots (optional)
- Then add in the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup & the container of sour cream. Stir until fully combined.
- Top everything with the shredded cheddar cheese. Then add the quartered biscuits on top of the cheese.
- Bake it for 20 minutes uncovered, or until the cheese is bubbly & the biscuits are browned on top.
- In a small bowl combine the melted butter & the Italian seasoning. Then brush on the melted butter with the Italian seasoning.
- Return the casserole dish to the over & bake for 10-15 minutes more until the biscuits are golden brown & cooked through.
- Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
