Low Carb Olive Garden Chicken Pasta

If you have a taste for a popular restaurants’ pasta, but want lesser carbs, then this recipe is a keeper for you!

Low Carb Olive Garden Chicken Pasta is a Free Recipe from RedKettleCook.com!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 1 bottle of Olive Garden Italian dressing
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 T. Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, plus extra as a topping
  • 1 lb. of Ziti pasta

 

Directions:

  1. Put the chicken breasts in a crockpot.
  2. Pour in the Olive Garden Italian dressing.
  3. Put the cream cheese on top of the chicken & Olive Garden Italian dressing.
  4. Add the black pepper, to taste
  5. Sprinkle in the Parmesan Cheese.
  6. Cook on high for 4 hours with the lid on the crockpot or cook it on low for 6-8 hours.
  7. Once it is cooked, shred the chicken, while it is in the crockpot.
  8. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, until it is al dente & then add it to the crockpot.
  9. Top with additional Parmesan cheese (if desired) & enjoy!
