Philly Cheesesteak Alfredo
There is nothing better than a Philly Cheesesteak Sub! This dish is even better than that, except it has less carbs & the flavors are amazing!

Ingredients:
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. shaved steak
- 1 tsp. steak seasoning
- 3 triangles of Laughing Cow Cheese
- 1 jar of Alfredo sauce or 16 oz. of Homemade Alfredo Sauce
- 1 box of fusilli pasta
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese or provolone cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray. Add the onions & green bell peppers to the skillet. On medium heat cook the onions & green bell peppers until they are soft but not squishy.
- Add the sirloin steaks to the skillet & cook until they are cooked until almost done.
- Then add the Laughing Cow Cheese wedges to the skillet. Stir to combine until the cheese is melted.
- Add the Alfredo sauce to the skillet. Mix well to combine all ingredients together.
- In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, only until it is al dente.
- Pour in the hot water to the skillet.
- Then add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder & black pepper (to taste) to the skillet with the meat mixture.
- Pour the drained al dente pasta into the skillet. Stir well to mix all ingredients together.
- Top it with the Parmesan cheese, then the shredded mozzarella cheese, or the shredded provolone cheese.
- Cover the skillet to let the cheese melt.
- It is ready once the cheese is melted. Then delight in the flavors of this dish!
