Tik Tok Ramen
This easy & delicious recipe is a little bit sweet with just the right amount of salty! It has a whole lot of unami goodness packed into it!

Ingredients:
- 1 package of instant ramen (or gluten free ramen) without the seasoning pack
- 1 T. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 T. soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning, or to taste
- 1 scallion or green onion, sliced (optional garnish)
Directions:
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain most of the water off of them, leaving 1-2 T. in with the noodles to prevent them from drying out.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic & the red pepper flakes (to taste). Then stir until the garlic is soft, about 1 minute. Add the brown sugar & soy sauce (or coconut aminos). Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan & toss to coat. Push the noodles to the side to give space for the egg.
- Add the slightly beaten egg to the pan & scramble it until cooked to your desired doneness. Mix the egg & noodles together to combine.
- Serve in a bowl with Everything Bagel Seasoning sprinkled on top (to taste) & add the sliced scallions or sliced green onions (optional garnish). Enjoy!
