Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls
Have you ever wanted to eat your favorite peanut butter cups, but a cleaner-eating recipe? Then this one is for you & they taste exactly the same!

Ingredients:
- 1 c. peanut butter powder
 - 4 oz. of applesauce
 - 3/4 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
- In a bowl add the peanut butter powder & mix it with the applesauce until it is a tacky dough. If the dough is too sticky, or wet, add a little of the peanut butter powder at a time. It should resemble a play-dough like consistency.
 - Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces & shape each one into a ball. Then set aside.
 - Over a double boiler, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips.
 - Once the chocolate is melted, dip each ball into it & move it around with a fork. Make sure to let the excess drip back into the bowl.
 - Place the coated chocolate peanut butter ball onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper & repeat the same process until all 12 of them are coated in chocolate.
 - Freeze for 20 minutes, or until they are solidified.
 - They may be stored in a glass container in the refrigerator, unless you cannot wait & eat them all at once!
