Steak & Potatoes
You have to try this at least once! Then you will want to eat it week after week! It is hearty & full of flavor!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb. bottom round steak, diced
- 2-3 golden or fingerling potatoes, diced
- 2 T. oil
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2-1 c. water
- 1-2 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/4 c. parsley, diced (optional garnish)
Directions:
- Season the steak with the garlic powder, salt (to taste) & pepper (to taste).
- Sear the steak for 2 minutes on all sides.
- Add the potatoes & cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Then add the tomato sauce, water & bouillon. Mix until well combined & bring to a boil.
- Cover & simmer for about 25 minutes.
- Serve over a bed of rice (optional) or on a tortilla (optional)!
