Pizza Chips
If you are in the mood for pizza then this recipe is for you! It has all of the same ingredients, except it does not have a crust, so it is keto/low carb!

Ingredients:
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 12-18 slices of pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Cheese Bases: Place small piles (about 1 T. each) of mozzarella on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Add a pinch of cheddar (if using).
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle each cheese mound with Italian seasoning, garlic powder & a little Parmesan cheese. Place one pepperoni slice on top of each pile.
- Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the edges are golden & crispy. Allow the chips to cool on the pan for 3–4 minutes to firm up.
- To serve remove them from the sheet pan & serve warm with pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping.
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes (to taste), or replace the pepperoni with mini slices of pepperoni.
